When we were dreaming of Momentum, we knew we wanted our patients to come first. Before anything else. Not the sale, not the numbers, not the accolades… of course we have personal and professional goals, but we’re not a big-box store demanding 8-16 tests per day, we’re not trying to resell you hearing aids every 1-3 years (though we will if you want them), and we’re certainly not pressuring anyone into purchasing from us. A purchase to us isn’t just a receipt, it’s a commitment – a relationship – you’re saying you trust us with your care for the next 3 years, and we’re going to be darn sure you feel it.
