Experience the wild with hundreds of animals from around the world. Guided Safari Tours take you over 150 acres of rolling hills with herds of animals and flightless birds. It’s wildlife you can touch, adventure you can feel! Encounter the exotic as you stroll around the zoo exhibits where interesting creatures educate and entertain you. The Reptiles & Exotics facility will thrill you with eye-opening presentations that enlighten you on these fascinating creatures. You can even touch an alligator if you dare. Visit the award-wining Museum & Education Center and find how park founder, the late J. R. Tobias, turned his family homestead into a favorite family attraction. Come, join us for a day of wild adventure. Children love the Petting Zoo and Zoo Babies exhibits too. You can even bring a picnic lunch and enjoy your meal at a lake-side pavilion or purchase a variety of foods from the concession stands. We offer group rates for 20 or more people and accommodate family reunions , birthday parties, and company picnics. Open May thru October.
